About Tom
I have been in the produce business for over 38 years, most recently working as a produce consultant for a major company in Eastern United States. Previously, I was the Senior Director for Produce for Canada Safeway/Sobeys for Western Canada. Responsible for the produce sales and profits that achieved in excess of over 1 billion in sales annually. In this role, I had an incredibly talented team from Retail, Wholesale and Category Management that reported directly to me.
